"The evils of 5AM"
Ok 5AM may have its advantages but it sure has its creepy side. I drive into work this morning and it was like the instant I get out of the Jeep I feel like I'm being watched. I'm sure we all had that feeling, but at 5AM and out there all alone, creepy, creepy. I pick up my pace to the office building telling myself, "Don't look over your shoulder, don't look over your shoulder." What do I do? I look over my shoulder; to my relief no one there. Ok I'm finally in the building but now I gotta get the keys and map to the city vechicle and go back out!
You know how when it's dark outside and your in a building/house with the lights on you can't see outside. So what I'm forced to do is turn the building lights off. And that's when you have that fear the instant you turn the lights off there is that face in the window and you let out this horrific scream. Getting up the courage I turn em off and luckly no scary face in the window and peeking out the window no one in sight. Quickly opening the door I make a mad rush for the car. "Look at the lock don't look over your shoulder, look at the lock don't look over your shoulder", "You looked over your shoulder!" Finally I'm inside, there that wasn't so bad! I started that car up and took off!
Checking over my sheets on where I needed to go I notice I have to go where my previous supervisor saw a walking skeleton. Yes just a few short years ago my previous supervisior Jane saw a skeleton walking down in a field while she herself was driving to work. And guess what time it was when she saw it, 5AM. Well this is just great, I'm already creeped out enough now I gotta go into this neck of the woods. However I didn't see anything. When sunlight broke all that creepy fear was gone and it turned into a normal dull usual monday.
Guess I'm getting ready for Halloween?
